I have na old macbook pro that will not even turn on anymore because its overloaded w saved data, I was told by teh apple store I can caonnect my old macbook pro to my new mac air essentially turning the macbook pro into a hard drive.

What connections do I need to connect the two?


The macbook pro is around 10 years old and the air is brand new.

Use target disk mode to move files to another computer - Apple Support
