"... cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID"

Hello everyone,

I've had a macbook pro for many years under another Apple ID, and I recently purchased both an iMac and a Macbook Air using a different Apple ID. On both new devices, I'm not able to update iMovie, Pages, Keynote, Garage Band or Numbers.

What should I do to be able to update these apps on the new devices under a different Apple ID?

Thank you,

iMac 27″, macOS 10.15

Click here and follow the instructions. If you can't accept them into your Apple ID, delete and redownload them.
