How to Remove My Old Owner Apple ID

You cannot remove that without putting in the password from the old account that was on the phone. If you bought this phone from someone you should contact them to get them to enter the password to get it removed from your phone or ask them to go into their account online and remove the phone from their Apple ID. It's Activation Locked and will stay this way till that password is entered. There is no way past this, this is a feature that is put in place to deter theft and if it was able to be bypassed then it would make this feature pretty useless

It's not very clear what you are asking here, but if you are asking how to remove your Apple ID from a device that you are wanting to sell or give to someone else, you just go to Settings and then click on your Apple ID name and then "Sign Out"
