Can you limit iCloud storage in family sharing?
I having question about iCloud storage that can you limits storage by each individual people of their storage, if not are there any alternative ways to do it

No you can't limit how much one family member uses. but you can see how much they use and ask them to limit how much they use.
Only other option would be to have separate iCloud subscriptions.
