You're running a "managed" library;
Try to find the image maputo 3.jpg or one of the other problem files in the Photos view and see if you can edit it. If you can then revert to original and try exporting it again.
No. I cannot edit the photo . This happens with many phots particularly thoe which are in photos since long time.
But now this issue of not being able to import the photo on my desktop is strange and very annoying.
Moreover I cannot tel the difference between the things u mention ...
I am having a similar problem, I am not able to export panorama mode photos or any movies.
I backup all my mobile phone pictures to Flickr, by exporting them through the desktop Photos app and then uploading them in my web browser (because the flickr mobile app is useless). Starting tonight, I am no longer able to export the before mentioned file types. I am getting an "Unknown error" (150), and above the list of files it says "could not create a file for the images below:".
Without being rude ... I think they themselves some times don’t have a clue ... simplicity is the ultimate sophistication... and this is not the case in this kind of ecosystem where you just subtly force your users into your system...
Open your Photos Library and use the Photos ➙ Preferences menu option to get to that pane.

I followed your instructions but what I get are not the pane you showed ... instead I've got this ... and cannot proceed further ...
Are your image files stored in the library - or are they externally referenced files (not imported)? Can you edit the image?
