After I logged out of my old Apple id then logged in with a new one. Few Years later I tried updating some of the apps some updated some did not. Some apps need my old Apple id password and I don't remember my old password. How do I fix his issue?

When you reinstalled the app, you reinstalled the latest version, so there isn't an update.
