Unusual noise in MacBook Air

My MacBook is making a very unusual noise as if like an insect is stuck under the keyboard or the fan is broke, I literally don’t know what. However, it’s really frustrating me and want to get it sorted if anyone can help in any way please do! Thank you so much

The only part of a Mac that moves on its own is its fan, so if something interferes with its motion noise will be the result.
