Iphone screen time password Reset

I need to turn of screen time password. I don't remember by screen time password. I dont even recall setting one up.

So I try to reset it through by entering apple ID and Password it wont work it only increases the numbers of failed attempt.

I have checked for solutions on this support group as to how I could do it.

The solution given is - to reset phone to factory settings.

Guess what is needed to reset the phone to factory settings - "THE SCREEN TIME PASSWORD"

I tried resetting my phone through the itunes on laptop. While the phone resets, I cant get rid of the screen time password.

I am stuck. No option works.
