What are the following numbers to MacBook Pros:
11296, 11414, 11227, 11173, 11151, 11304, 11299.
I've not found much searching. Does anyone here know what those numbers are and/or mean for MacBook Pros.

My crystal ball is in for repair. Why don't you just be specific and say where exactly you see these numbers. There are lots of numbers associated with Macs, speed, model number, RAM, versions, price, size, resolution, weight, operating temperature, ...
A friend had a few printouts from a site (don't recall which) that included these numbers next to the MacBook Pros' specifics (speed, processor, drive specs, these numbers).
Upon searching I found some mention of them on Apple.com, but still no indication of what they are or what they mean to MacBook Pros.
Well, sorry to even bother you all with this - I feel about two feet tall.
I was just today advised, those numbers are part of an inventory management system of the 'mom and pop" store that sells second hand computers, smart phones, and other portable devices. They have pages of their items in the store for customers, and my friend had one of these print-outs. He wasn't curious about those numbers, I was.
No problem. I had never seen such numbers associated with Macs hence my questions as to the source. Sorry for my repeated request for more detail but we can only respond if we have all the necessary information.
Hint:
you can enter just about any number, like a model number or part number, into a search engine, and it will tell you want pages exist on the internet with that number.
Yours all came up BLANK. That tells you those numbers were 'not especially meaningful'.
Where are you seeing these numbers?
