Your original question was "How to export images from a keynote presentation without losing quality"
What you are now describing is to export images from Keynote that have the same image quality (pixel value) as the original Canon 5D Mark III camera image, this is quite a different situation.
There are two options available:
1 - To export a slide with all its contents, go to; Inspector > Document > Document; in the Slide Size dropdown menu, select Custom Slide Size and enter the pixel values of the original camera file (from your screen shot that would be 5760 x 3840 pixels) Then use File > Export > Images and again use TIFF format.
2 - However, if you want to export an exact copy of the original camera file only, not the slide,
select the image on the slide then go to; Inspector > Format > Image then drag the file icon on to the desktop.
go to File > Export > Images and choose TIFF from the format dropdown menu
