This is crazy-making. I receive many messages stating "This message has no content". I've tried rebuilding the mailbox, did not work. I've tried rebooting in safe mode, then restarting. Still not resolved.
I use a 27inch 2020 i-Mac, 72GB memory.
Any suggestions?

On rare occasions mail setting can become corrupt. Try re-entering the accounts settings even if they look correct and then close Mail, log out of your user account and then log back into it and test.
