I updated my macbook pro 13 to the new software, since then my menu bar at the top is only showing halfway. I cannot see the full bar, I tried everything on google. I added a screenshot of it. I can only see the bottom of the words. Please help.

If this is macOS Big Sur— Apple makes it very clear Betas are offered as is, and there is no support for them outside of the Feedback Assistant App. https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/submitting
Check System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom to check the zoom control and make sure you haven't accidently zoomed in.
