Is there any way to log in to my old Apple ID without a trusted phone number or other trusted devices

I can’t log in to my old Apple ID on my iPhone using because I no longer have an access to my phone number that is used for two-factor authentication. (Of corse I have a correct Apple ID and password.) Plus, this iPhone is the only device that has ever logged in to the Apple ID, so there is no other devices to trust the login. I think this happened because it has been a while since I logged out. Is there any solution for this issue?
