How can i connect ipad air 4 2020 to pc where i have only usb slot? Ipad air 4 have usb c slot. What cable should i use? TY

You’ll need a USB-C to USB3 Type-A cable. These are readily available; here is one example from Mophie (a good/reliable manufacturer) that is marketed through Apple:
