How to remove activation lock on Apple Watch?

I’m trying to connect my Apple Watch I had to reset it because it wouldn’t pair but I forgot that the iCloud account got hacked so I can’t get past the activation lock how can I go about that

You can't,you need the apple id that locked it;

If you forgot your Apple ID
