Black bar across screen - only in Safari.
With the last update (14.2] a horizontal bar shows up mid screen when scrolling up/down in Safari.
No other App affected.

Try this - in Settings/acessibility - turn off ‘reduce motion’
so far working for me.

I have the exact same problem and it is very annoying!
How do I make it go away?
So hoping next ios update fixes this. I have a 2nd problem with Safari - not all of my favorites are visible unless I do a dbl tap on the home button and then swipe up to close out Safari.
