I've tried about everything but can't locate the fall detection app. I've entered my health profile, etc. and my age shows up. I have wrist detection triggered and location. My phone says there is no data under health. What am I doing wrong?
Windows, Windows 10
Open Settings on your iPhone, then tap Health/Medical ID and check your details.
Then;
Open the Health app and tap the Summary tab.
Tap your profile picture in the top right-hand corner.
Tap Health Profile, then tap Edit.
Check your information, like height, weight and age.
Tap Done.
If you're over 65 then fall detection is turn on by default
Thank you for addressing my problem. However, my age, ht, wt, etc. was already there and when I go to settings emergency SOS auto call is turned on and there's a list of my emergency contacts, but the call detection isn't turned on.
I'm 79 so it should default automatically.
No--the entry for fall detection simply isn't there. That's the problem. I've tried about everything but I've also noticed that under "General" "Profiles" there's a message "No profiles are currently installed." Shouldn't my health profile be there?
If you go into the watch app on the phone and tap on health and check your details in health details and medical id.
By the way which apple watch do you have?,fall detection only works in Apple watch 4 and upwards.
I tracked it down through the engraving on the back of the watch. It's a Series 3. No wonder fall detection didn't work. At the time I bought it I thought I was buying a series 4 so I'm really disappointed.

Look on the box the watch came in for your model number.
When go into emergency SOS there is an entry for fall detection,did you turn this on?.
Everything is there including all of my medication info. I have a seven plus.
Under the My Watch icon on the phone--General--Profiles-- it still says "no profiles installed"
What model of watch do you have?,is it a 6 plus phone you have?.
There is no such watch as a Seven Plus
What series watch do you have?
I can't set up my fall detection app on my Apple Watch 7 Plus. The option doesn't show up.
