When I turned off wifi it shows disconnecting nearby wifi untill tomorrow but whenever I unlock the phone mostly at 5-4am then it will automatically connect the wifi..

If you like the Wi-FI to remain OFF until you turn it ON for certain then you can turn it OFF from settings.
Open Settings ➔ Wi-Fi: Turn Wi-FI OFF.
I know that you will now have to remember turning it ON again, from settings or the control center, however it will remain OFF for sure.
