Im trying to upgrade to Catalina, but the thing only lets me get Big Sur. I used a redirect link that takes me directly to the catalina page on the app store. I click Get. It takes me to the Software Update and it is looking for the update. Then a message pops up saying that the update could not be found. See Attached image.
I just tried it. The "Get" button launches Software Update, which in turn seems to be stuck on "Finding Update..." It's been stuck there for several minutes.
Perhaps it's just not available right now. It's worked before.
Yeah I already have that link. The problem is that it doesn't work from the app store. See the image I put in there. I can that error after I click "Get"
