How to activate or log out your iCloud?

I got a brand new MacBook Air 2 months ago and I decided I wanted a new Apple ID for this device. I created a new one and for some reason it says it’s not active and the Apple ID doesn’t exist. It’s the correct email and password and I can’t log out or change my settings to the computer because of it.

Can you log in other places using that ID and password?


You are entitled to 90 days of free telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them.
