“Watch not found” when starting a workout, even though paired in Bluetooth on iPhone 12 Pro Max.

this happened for multiple workouts. I eventually had to continue without the watch

Apple Watch is Unavailable on Apple Fitness + My Apple Watch says unavailable when I start an Apple Fitness App. Bluetooth is on and watch is connected to phone. How can I connect watch to the fitness workouts?

Try unpairing and re-pairing again.
