Have lost one of my emails on my mail box

If you have lost an email account, you would need to add it back. Go to Settings>Mail>Accounts>Add Account. Then configure the account. Once it verifies, you will be able to send and receive mail.

Are you referring to a single email, or an email account? Please explain more clearly what the problem is to make it easier for someone to try and troubleshoot the issue.
