I don’t have money on my card and it won’t let me get free apps it keeps saying payment declined
How do I get apps that are free when my card balance is zero it keeps saying payment declined

You must have a valid payment method in your account to download apps, even free apps. If you have no apps with in-app purchases and no subscriptions you may be able to remove your payment method entirely, but if you have one it must be valid.
