Help

when I turn on my MacBook Air this is what I get on the screen. It will not do anything more than this. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

The picture in the Screen Shot is trying to connect a Bluetooth Mouse and to pair the mouse to the computer. If one has a Bluetooth Mouse near by and what to pair it to the computer, turn the mouse off and wait 3 seconds and then turn the mouse on. It may take a minute to pair and voila.
