My MacBook showed this when I turned it on…. What is happening and how can I fix this

You will need to turn over the switches on the bottom of your Magic Mouse and on the top right of your magic keyboard. As of now, there are no mouse and keyboard detected. If this is not working, please connect a wired keyboard and mouse instead in order to boot into macOS and troubleshoot further on the wireless peripherals
