Apple Numbers and Pages keep crashing.... but I found a solution

I notice a very strange situation that these applications crash when they are inside "Applications" folder. If you move them outside of "Applications" folder, they work fine. To move them out, you have to copy the applications and paste them outside of "Applications" folder. If you just move them, it won't work because you will end up creating alias. It has to be copy and paste somewhere else and then delete the ones inside "Applications" folder. I placed them loosely inside my user folder. Also do not try to create a folder named "Applications" inside your user folder or anywhere else and it will not work. Once they are anywhere else except "Applications" folder, they launch perfectly without crashing.
