Big Sur 11.2 on MacMini M2: Crash message after restart: CVMServer

After updating to Big Sur 11.2. I am now getting an error message when I restart the computer:

"The computer has been shut down due to a problem".

When I shut down normally and the start again pressing the "on" button: no problem.

It seems to be the LaCie d2 Quadra (Firewire/USB3/eSata) 3TB Harddrive. Disconnecting it resolves the problem. I was using it as the TimeMachine Volume.
