how do I delete cupertino from my weather app, it keeps popping up

I have deleted it like 20 times yet it keeps coming back automatically and will show up even if it is not my location

Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Weather

Make sure While Using the App or While Using the App or Widgets is checked.

Then turn on Precise Location.

See if that fixes this.
