Unable to Remove My Card

It says that there is an active subscription on my account and won’t let me remove my credit card, there is no active subscription. What can I do?

If you've cancelled one but it hasn't expired, wait until it does. If not or you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
