Mysterious Texts

My phone sent a very odd message to a friend while I was talking to her. It was a mix of emojis and written text that made no sense a and I did not write. Should I be concerned I have been hacked? Definitely seems dangerous that someone could send a message from my phone I didn’t send. Please advise

Possible hack? I know Apple is very secure. But my friend received a text message from me that I never sent to her. I don’t type/talk like it did in the message. Text sent in Messages that I didn’t write I’m using an Iphone11 plus. I got a text message from a friend responding to a text from me that I had never seen and definitely did not send. The message from my phone included a link to a travel company and a text that said “we” with emojis of Belarus flags. At the time that “my” message was sent, I was hauling furniture around with my cell in my pocket. What is going on?
