Deleting bookmarks from iPhone 12 homescreen

I am unable to delete some of the bookmarks from my iPhone 12. My past iPhones I would just put my finger on the bookmark until it jiggles and displays a x. Now some of the bookmarks have a - icon, but the ones I want to delete on show edit Home Screen or share bookmark. No minus icon, no delete bookmark nothing. This is so annoying. Can’t figure out how to chat with live support either. Apple sucks
