I can't watch anything on Apple TV+. Video tries to load and gives me video unavailable, check connection and etc. error. Internet connection is fine: Youtube loads 4K videos, Amazon Prime also loads videos without problems.
Tried to log off and login to the app.
App is update to the latest version.

Thanks for posting! As we understand it, you're seeing connection errors when you try playing Apple TV+ content on your Apple TV, but videos from other sources work as expected; is that right? We're happy to assist!
You mentioned you've updated the app. To double-check, have you made sure that tvOS is updated as well? How to update your Apple TV
Also, we see you've done quite a bit of troubleshooting already. The best way to further narrow this down will be to test the Apple TV+ service on other devices; do you have a computer or iOS device available? If so, how does the service work on those devices? Let us know!

That indicates a network issue. Another device working does not rule that out. Also, those other services adapt to the connection whereas Apple uses a fixed rate and also streams at a higher quality.
Check the speedtest app on Apple TV to see what internet connection is presently being received
Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - network)
If on wifi try ethernet
To see a current status of the network get a report from stumble,r netstumbler or similar. Look for signal strength, noise, nearby networks
I can play Apple TV+ on my phone with no problem.
TV has the latest OS.
So it seems the problem is only with the TV.
