I can’t seem to activate Closed Captioning when I watch Apple TV on my television. I can use CC on my ipad with no issues. When watching TV, I have gone to settings, and under “accessibility” I choose
the desired options for CC, but I never see CC on the screen while watching content.

Turn on subtitles and closed captioning (if available)
During playback, press the down button on the smart TV or device remote to show the Subtitles pane, then select an option.
