Share iPad screen for remote IT support?

I'm trying to troubleshoot an iPad remotely, but I can't figure out how to see the iPad's screen. Normally, when I want to help someone with their computer, I just use TeamViewer or Zoom to have them show me their screen. (I can use a Win 10 laptop or an iPad on my end.) How do I do something like that for this iPad user?


The iPad user is not at all tech-savvy, so complex solutions involving configuring VPNs are not an option.


It's a latest-gen iPad mini, running the current iPad OS.

I do not think that you can remotely see a iPad users screen.
