Find & Replace not working in Numbers. Buttons greyed out.
For some reason the buttons to "Replace All" "Replace & Find" and "Replace" are all greyed out in the dialogue box.

Along those lines,
If it is a column of formulas you need to alter, after backing up your file try this:
If the text does not turn into formulas for some reason, change the format to text then change it to automatic.
Might be a bit much but it seems to work. It beats doing a column of formulas one at a time.
The issue isn't that it can't find them, it's that they can't be replaced.
But I now believe it's because they were all added via a formula with string concatenation and are not plaintext.
Did you select a 'search area" (eg. a column or a table) in which Find is to look for the search value?
My brief experiment indicated the search area needs to be selected before entering the search value.

Barry
Hi FirePhantom,
Click on the right arrow (bottom right of the Find & Replace box) to activate.

-------------
Search always works across an entire Numbers document.
Copy then Menu > Edit > Paste Formula Results will allow you to replace.
Use a duplicate of the table if you want to keep the formulas.

Ian.
