Black box on screen

I have a small black box with icons for Siri, Custom, Notification Centre, Device, Control Centre and Home which popped up and I can’t get rid of it. I suspect it is related to an accessibility function, and I have tried being in the Accessibility screen and pressing the Home button three times, but nothing pops up to say which Accessibility function this little menu is related to. I would like it to disappear!! Can anyone help? Thank you so much!

You have likely managed to activate Assistive Touch.

You can configure and/or disable Assistive Touch in iPad Settings:

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch > AssistiveTouch - set to OFF
