Black button

Have a black button on my screen that moves around when I touch it. it opens up a rectangle box that has the words in it notification center, device , things like that. How can I get rid of that please help

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
