What is the Year and Model?
You have Yosemite Installed.
So, see if your Mac is compatible with Catalina. Go Here: How to upgrade to macOS Catalina - Apple Support
If it turns out being compatible, then you much first upgrade to High Sierra, and then proceed from there with an upgrade to Catalina.
Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and if your MacBook Pro is a 2012 or newer model, click on Catalina. If not, you can't.
