Problem with payment iCloud

Hello. I have an iCloud subscription (200 GB for $ 2.99 per month). Yesterday at 23:45, I received a notification that $ 2.99 was withdrawn from my Card, which is tied to payment, this morning at 8:51 I received a message that this amount was withdrawn again, respectively, there was a double payment instead of one. I ask you to solve this problem and explain to me why it happened. I’m waiting for your answer. Thanks.
