Safari seems to be frozen

Hello so my safari seems to be frozen I force quit and when I open it back up it won’t let me scroll of click on anything or type anything in the search bar

Go step by step and test.


1. Startup in Safe Mode. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

    Select your account and login.

    Test.

    To leave Safe Mode, click and choose “Restart”

    Launch Safari holding the shift key down.


2 Try Private browsing.

3. If Safari doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected
