89 year old mom has iPhone with Apple ID. She forgot her password. Just bought her a new iPad. Cannot set up without the password. Apple says it will be 12 days before they send instructions to her phone to recover and reset. Why 12 days! Have tried to reset on her phone, as well as my iPhone. Isn’t there a way to recover her PW without waiting 12 days? I’ve tried everything said on apple support
