That LG Display has 2 HDMI inputs and 1 Display Port input.

The 2020 M1 Mac Mini has an HDMI port and USB-C ports for video output.

So basically, all you need to do is plug the Display into the M1 Mac Mini using an HDMI to HDMI cable.

If the LG Display comes with an inferior grade HDMI cable, then you may want or need to replace it with a Premium Certified 4K or better HDMI cable.
