Apple calendar only showing all-day format after the Mac OS Big Sur 11.3 update

Hi All,

My Calander app after the most recent update no longer shows an hour-by-hour breakdown of my meetings, but rather has switched to an "all-day" view. I tried all the settings in the "view" drop-down menu and nothing seems to work. I even unchecked "all-day events" and nothing.

I'm out of ideas at this point and no amount of shutdown or restarts helped either. I also deactivated my email sync and reactivated it and that didn't work either.

Boot into Safe Mode according to Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support and see if the problem persists. Reboot normally and check again.

NOTE: Safe Mode boot can take up to 10 minutes as it's doing the following;

• Verifies your startup disk and attempts to repair directory issues, if needed

• Loads only required kernel extensions (prevents 3rd party kernel/extensions from loading)

• Prevents Startup Items and Login Items from opening automatically

• Disables user-installed fonts

• Deletes font caches, kernel cache, and other system cache files
