Installing windows through bootcamp

Hi,

I’m trying to install windows 10 on my mid 2012 MacBook Pro to use some windows 10 only software.

i have my 16gb USB drive that’s formatted as MS DOS.

I downloaded the windows 10 iso.

Then I went through the process on windows 10 installer app.

Now however, when loaded into the windows setup i was asked to select the partition to boot windows off of and get this message

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
