large video file

ipad photos app wont allow me to edit an 11 GB video. i want to break the file into smaller parts so i can transfer it to PC

If you choose the video and tap Edit, there will appear a circle with 3 dots that appear in the upper right hand corner of the Photos app.

This will allow you to export/edit the video in Apple's iMovie app for iOS.

Not sure if you will be able to break the video file into smaller pieces, or not.
