My watch was turned off for awhile, and now it’s not pairing to my iPhone

Okay as you see, my watch is paired to my iPhone but just my app for my Apple Watch isn’t working. It’s not letting me pair my phone to it? I’m so confused?

No worries, have a look in here first to verify that the pairing is still really there:

If your Apple Watch isn't connected or paired with your iPhone - Apple Support


That article also covers the right steps, if you need to restart either or both device, pair again, etc.
