Macbook Touch Bar not working.

I've tried various methods to try and resolve the issue, including safe mode and resetting NVRAM/PRAM.

Most recently, I've tried opening Terminal and entering:

sudo pkill TouchBarServer; <- Had me enter my password and seemed to work normally

sudo killall “ControlStrip”; <- Gave a message saying "No matching processes were found."

The other online method was to open Activity Monitor and search for Control Strip and TouchBarServer; however, neither showed up.

I'm using a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi,

Try to run Apple Diagnostics if it's caused by hardware related issue(DFR001).

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, try to start up in Safe mode, then normal boot could solve the issue.
