Family member can’t access Apple Music...what may be the issue

Besides turning on Family Sharing, did you also get an Apple Music Family subscription? If so, and the family member accepted the invitation, then you might be able to fix your issue by turning Sync Library off for all of your member's devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
