Refund

Hi I recently requested for a refund on a wrong purchase in iTunes Store last June 2, 2021. I was informed that the the request has been approved and that the payment amounting to Php 6,290.00 has been refunded. My question is how will I get the refund? I have deleted my Payment & Shipping details to do away with erroneous purchases and deductions. Also, how long will it take for the refund to happen?

Approved refunds take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.


The iTunes Store staff will normally put them back on the same payment method; if that's not possible, you'll likely get it as store credit.
