How to solve the billing problem of previous purchase
I am not being able to upload or download any apps because each time time I try there appears a message saying there is a billing problem with a previous purchase

I have a cc visa ending 2030. Apple TV is your subscription is declined . My 2030 Visa is correct - the number was replaced for the date on the front of the visa and the three number on the back on card has changed.
Have do I change this - I had a STROKE two years onto you I need some help
